Handling order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle this order. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. When you order tickets we share this information with our ticketing provider.
For this we use your payment details, date of birth, name and address, gender, nickname, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information up to one year after your order has been completed and seven years thereafter (that is the legal storage obligation).
Contact Form
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your e-mail address, IP address, telephone number and name and address details. We need this to process your request. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information in subsequent questions.
Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter via this site. For this we use your e-mail address, IP address and possibly naw data. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. You can cancel this subscription at any time, each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. This data is kept for up to three months after you cancel the subscription. We use Mailchimp for sending newsletters.
Provision to other companies or institutions
We will not, under any circumstances, provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if this is necessary for the functioning of our site, if we are legally obliged to do so or if you give permission for this.
